Repurposed! Peer Mentoring is designed to assist you in replicating your Repurposed! 10-Day Consultation experience throughout your entire company. This self-paced course will help you to integrate your new purpose, foundational principles and strategies into the fabric of your culture. Results for your staff include: better understanding of the motivations behind the change, increased alignment with the changes, and greater ownership and creativity in applying the changes to their own work.

Our Repurposed! Peer Mentoring is a self-paced 13 session on-line course to assist you in completing the implementation of your Repurposed! 10-Day Consultation plans. You will receive encouragement and share best practices with an on-line community of like-minded business leaders who are at similar stages of being repurposed. Resources include on-line learning exercises, peer review and coaching calls at key checkpoints. Implementation time will vary depending upon the size of your organization and the number of leaders in your organization involved with implementation.
