Remote Repurposing Business Training - Fall 2012
Overview
A remarkable 13-week course to equip you with knowledge, tools and resources to begin repurposing an existing organization while also impacting your current sphere of influence.
Results
Upon completion, you can expect a working knowledge of how to repurpose an existing business into an intentional contributor to societal transformation. Competencies include:
- clearly articulating a business purpose that goes beyond making money (or simply giving it away),
- building upon the unique assets, skills and abilities of employees and partners
- leveraging current placement in society,
- identifying foundational principles (the often unspoken but basic beliefs upon which corporate culture is built) and meaningful ways to express them in day-to-day business,
- planning and documenting a measurable score card for significant steps toward transforming a business and society.
Not only can these principles be applied at a strategic level across whole organizations, but past trained consultants apply these principles in their sphere of influence: their workplace, at home and across a broad spectrum of activities. Upon completion of training, individuals have the opportunity to practically apply the principles they have learned in a consulting capacity in other nations such as: South Africa, Indonesia and India.
Format and Details
Our Repurposing Business Training is conducted one night a week over 13 weeks with three all-day Saturday trainings and one weekend retreat. A diverse and talented training team will lead you through interactive teaching time, facilitated discussions, proprietary business assessments and tools, and provide thorough feedback on your progress.
